I am very pleased with the immigration services I received from Global Law Centers. First, they began my case by submitting my PERM Labor Certification on April 16, 2007 and quickly received labor approval in 2 days. I-140 and I-485 for me and my family was filed with USCIS on May 16, 2007. On July 27, after 2 ½ months, we received the approval of both I-140 & I-785 and now, only four months later in September 2007 our green cards were in our Mail Box. It was really AMAZING!!! Thanks to the team of Atty. Kent which is true to there words and understands what other people needs. We extend our thanks and gratitude to their never-ending patience provided to me & my family. I would like to take this opportunity to update my testimonial because my entire family’s green cards just got approved! Global Law Centers first began helping me and my family in December 2006 for my H1B and H4 applications. This time, they were able to help me with the speedy approval of our green cards. They filed my PERM so quickly and received approval in March. They immediately got to work to file my I-140, I-485, and I-765. They assisted us all the way until my petition was filed on May 15. July came and my husband and I received our Work Authorization Cards in the mail. Early October, we received news that our 1-140 was approved. Before November came, we had received the approval of our I-485 in the mail. Only a few days later, we received the actual plastic permanent resident cards. All in all, for us the process took 7 months from Labor Certification to my family actually receiving their permanent resident cards in the mail. Throughout the entire process, Global Law Centers’ staff answered whatever questions I had in the quickest possible time. I am extremely thankful to everyone at Global Law Centers and would not hesitate to recommend their services to my friends and family should they have similar needs or dreams of becoming permanent residents in the U.S.
I want to thank all of Global Law Centers, staff and special thanks to my case manager- Sara for all of the help they offered me during my L-1A extension. I still can’t believe it took GLC ONLY A WEEK to prepare my petition, file, and obtain an approval for my L-1A Extension. Global Law Centers has proven to me that they provide top of the line service. The firm began preparing my petition right away on January 26, 2008 and filed two business days later with the California Service Center. I was completely surprised to receive an email informing me of my approval just ONE DAY after the Service Center had received my petition. All in all the process took only five days starting from January 26th to February 1st. the entire process was stress-free for me, and unlike most law firms you were very accessible. My widowed mother came here in the US as a B2 tourist visa last November to help me out with my 2 kids as we awaited our third child. My husband and I then decided to petition my mother since she voiced out her loneliness back home in the Philippines due to my dads passing. With all the immigration laws continuously changing we were very doubtful if she would get approved or not. Global Law Centers, thru the recommendation of my best friend Aileen, came to the rescue. Only four months after we submitted our petition for my mom's I-485, she received her permanent residence card. But during the process of waiting, my mom received her approval for employment and extension (parole) for her tourist visa without us requesting it from Global. In, other words they know what are the steps to obtaining a green card and know how to do it properly, and very well without us having to ask.
